Industry start investing recovery zinc
oxide from the waste of steel production facilities as called electrical arc
furnace dust (EAFD). The company located in Incesu Organize Industrial Zone in
Kayseri/TURKEY. Among the leading facilities in the world with its
technological investment and environmental awareness approach Deha operates all
production facilities in 70.000 m2 area.
The
investment completed and start production activities in 2021. DEHA INDUSTRY takes
its place among the important players of the sector with its 150,000 tons of EAFD
processing and as come out 50,000 tons of zinc oxide production capacity
The production
process follows in three units.

First: Waelz Oxide part that consist of batch
plant, 64 meter length x 4.2 meter
diameter rotary kiln, dust settling chamber and filter part.
- · Second Unit: Washing (Leach) plant that technology available as leach tanks and double wash thickeners, filter press and water treatment unit.
- ·
Third unit Clinker process to separate lead
from zinc in rotary kiln 40 meter length x 3 meter diameter, cooling zone and bag
filter part.
